Peter is my Hero!!!

I was behind on my mortgage over 5 months when I contacted Peter. He came in and took control of the situation. Within one week my bank had all the paperwork for my short sale and my home was being shown by Realtors. I received a fast offer & in 2 1/2 months we closed on the house. I was upside down on my mortgage & had tried selling my home with 3 Realtors when I met Peter. He explained ot me how the change in market had made it impossible for me to recoup what I paid for my house plus the realtors commission. He put my house on the market at a sellable price & sold it in 3 1/2 months. Because it was a short sale I did not have to pay any realtor commissions or attorney fees & I was able to walk away from a bad investment with a complete release of my debt. Peter is amazing & I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their Connecticut home.

Peter worked hard to sell my home & negotiate with

Late last year when I found myself getting behind in my monthly mortgage payments I asked a friend who just sold their home who they used & they recommended Peter. When I contacted Peter he took the time to explain to me how he could help sell my home for me, regardless if it was no longer worth what I had paid for it back in 2004. He negotiated the short sale with my bank from start to finish & 3 months later we successfully closed on the house, selling my home for less than owed & with all my realtor & attorney fees paid for! Peter did a phenomenal job in holding my hand through the short sale process, he was always available for me & he explained everything thoroughly so I had never had any questions. There's no question about who I would recommend to sell your home- you've just found him!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy working with the public. Helping buyers find the home of their dreams for the right price is very rewarding. I also enjoy the marketing aspect & negotiation process for Selling my Client's Properties.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: An increase in mortgage payment defaults has given me the opportunity to help out a lot of homeowners facing the possibility of foreclosure. I provide my service free to homeowners who are facing this sort of situation. Closing a preforeclosure for a client in financial distress is one of the most rewarding type transactions I can close.
