What is the average home price in your market?: you can go anywhere from 100,000 to 1,000,000 depending on what you are looking for
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: the ability to meet new people, create a goal and see that goal become a reality.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Technology is increasing by an expedential rate, while the day to day business is still get in the car and go look.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I had a client who was insisting they hadto live on one side of town,and only in a cape cod. I knew they really needed to broaden their horizon, so after 6 months of not showing them anyhting they liked , I showed them a split on the other side of town - and of course they bought it! ( it was more about what they weren't saying)
What is your best characteristic?: my sense of humor
Who or what inspires you the most?: a girlfreind who has had cancer twice and sees the best in everything and everyone
What is the best advice you ever received?: be in the moment .. and enjoy it.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: anywhere near my family and friends, and hopefully its close to a beach.
