After going through the entire home she disclosed she was the sister of the seller! So after that we went to our lender not thinking much except for she was in a conflict of interest. So we got another agent to represent us. Kathy then would not deal with us since she was mad that we had her show us the house then got another agent to represent us! Long story short she was just awful to deal with thru the entire process, not even showing up for the closing. Then to find out she and her husband provided the funds for her sister to by the house and put it in her name so that she could sell it!!!!! "I hired an associate agent to Bob McCarroll after suffering a beating by my husband savage enough to require reconstructive surgery. I am disabled but only 49 and very capable. I filed for divorce & placed my home on the market. Within a week of signing the contract the AR Ms Karen Cage began sending email to my husband and his attorney seeking to have me evicted from my home. Her reasoning was that I surely couldn't keep a clean house or make my home available. She also claimed that despite my exchanging dozens of emails agreeing to view rental property that I wasn't trying to rent a house so I should be evicted. Even though I have hired staff to clean every other day and staged and sold a home last year myself for asking price she felt I was incapable due to my disability, I never discussed with her. After asking her managing broker Bob to vacate her contract he refused, sending me a bill for $8400 for work Ms Cage never did including staging. Bob condones this behavior."

When referred, we checked him out at the state website and discovered he also is licensed to do loans.
So the results we got were amazingly good considering our home hadn't sold for over a year, we were about to lose it, and our credit was poor. We ended up selling our house in about 4 months in a terrible market and were able to buy down a couple notches by getting a bank-owned house for dirt cheap.
We sort of feel like we were rescued and really appreciate the professonalism and knowlege he has of the real estate, the loan, and the credit situations.
So we're throwing a life preserver out to whoever might read this, it's not worth taking a chance otherwise!"
