We searched for the right place for four years and in three different countys and made multiple offers and in all this Jason was very professional and gave us good advise. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable. We were able to get a wonderful place for thousands less than it appraised due to Jasons incredible negotiation skills. There are some realtors that sell homes just to make a sale, and then there are some that do it just because that is what they truly enjoy doing. It is apparent that Jason truly enjoys what he does, and he is very good at it to boot! His knowledge and sense of humor made what could have been a miserable process much less so. He knew the area, the people, and every connection very well. Jason definitely knew how to get things done. What I liked the most, is that Jason NEVER failed to return a call or listen to me hash out ideas. I never felt rushed, and always felt completely at ease. Even though I knew that Jason had multiple other clients brewing at the same time, I always felt like I was his only client. To accomplish this in any field is a huge task. When my boyfriend and I met jason we were just shy of giving up. Jason was so positive and knowledgable. He made every house we entered worth entering. I have a very chaotic work schedule and he managed to make sure he could spend as much time with us as possible to find the perfect house. I was very picky about the location and certain things I wanted included in the house, not only did he understand he found EXACTLY what we were looking for. I must say when we did find our perfect home my boyfriend and I were both sad that every weekend of ours was no longer going to involve Jason for at least 6 hours. Although Jason continues to go out of his way, sending cards at every holiday and call just to see how we're doing and make sure we are still completely in love with your house!
