Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
There is nothing more fulfilling than educating my clients. By listening and asking a lot of questions.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
As of July 2009, The Sellers bank responding to a Short Sale.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a Buyer that moved from Africa and they were looking for a home that was under $200,000. We found a home that was listed at $168,000, however the home needed updating. The Seller agreed to give the Buyer money to fix up the home.

Being Happy, outgoing

Ask questions
