John did an excellent job of finding us a home and working with our lender to make sure everything went smoothly. John really went above and beyond to help us get the house we wanted at a price we could afford. I would highly recommend John and Pamela Subry to all my friends and family! We are now in the home of our dreams because of everything John did. He not only helped us negotiate price with the sellers but he also made sure everything that was mentioned on the inspection was in good condition before we moved further. I am sending this review regarding Mark J Solis-Cherry Creek Properties LLC I had known Mark previously by his being in school with my daughters. We would see each other in the community occasionaly, and I met him again at a networking meeting of various business professionals I attended with my daughter. At the time he shared his real estate experience with me and said if in the future I would be looking for a house, to call him. In the spring of this year I was indeed in the market for a home purchase, but with limited income. I became a first time home buyer at the age of 65, due to a divorce, and had no idea what to expect out in the current housing market.! So Mark and I began the search.He first sat down with me to get an idea of what would be looking for, what area, and my financial range. With those guidelines, he would either meet with me again, call me or send be e-mails with possible sites. Then of course would come the walk-throughs with some really discouraging resuslts (it seemed to me). Mark would frequently reassure me that the right house would be out there, we just had to find it. I feel you need to know this background to my search to fully understand how doggedly and constantly Mark stood with me during this process. He made absolutely sure I was understanding the large amount of information coming at me and encouraged me not to get too discouraged, that it would just take time to find the right house that would fit what I needed. Finally, in mid-summer we checked out another house and after doing our walk-thru and talking about, we both agreed this was the one. He immediately called the representing party, to let her know we wished to place a bid, but had to bide our time because there was already a bid on it. As we waited for an answer Mark would call me frequently to update me on the process,encourage me and assure me this would work out. At last the day came when he called to say my bid had been accepted and we began to complete all the necessary paperwork. He walked me through each step and answered any question I had about anything. Through the weeks it took to complete this adventure, Mark was very professional, respectful, and determined to find what I needed. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who would be looking for an agent they can trust, and who will get the job done and done well.

We recently sold and purchased a home with the Subry's. Our experience was extremely positive, and we were pleased with the results. Pamela and John are professional and trustworthy agents, and are very knowledgeable about the real estate market. They listened to our needs, patiently showed us many properties, and worked extremely hard to find the right "fit" for us. Selling and buying a home is stressful, and yet we felt very reassured that Pamela and John had our best interests in mind. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a while, but when we do we will use them again. And we will definately recommend their services to others.

I thought that the mortage process was going to be a nightmare for me, but Mark was the central person that everything flowed through which (instead having to deal with several different peaople) made things so easy and flow so well. Mark was able to answer all my questions about mortage issues and even expanded on them to make sure I really understood. Mark's knowledge of mortages help me get the best rates possible. Mark's knowledge,skill and ability in the realestate and mortage business great.

Mark was recommended to me almost 2 years ago. We talked and becuase my credit history was in bad shape I didn't do anything for two years. I am now a proud owner because Mark had stuck with me and help me (giving advice)along. The shopping for a house was so pleasent and easy as Mark would always gave me the straight scope. The loan process was even easier as most things I dealt directly with Mark and if problems arose he would usually be able to take care of it for me. John showed us at least 20 homes in Broomfield, Thornton, and Westminster. He was very patient with us as we figured out what we really wanted. He is very honest with his opinion of different houses and neighborhoods. This is very helpful because he makes you think about issues that you wouldn't likely think about till after you have bought a house. He worked around our schedule and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Working with John is NOT like working with a salesman, it is like working with a friend. You won't end up in the wrong house with John!
