- 10 years in residential resale prior to that I worked for a builder and so did my husband, Terry.

- That depends on if you are referring to the Metro Denver area or a local suburb or a county or subdi
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I have the best job in the world. Just ask my clients! I have fun with photography and creating incredible marketing pieces that show off your home to it's best advantage. I love making your dreams of home ownership a reality.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Currently it is addressing the burgeoning foreclosure market. It is challenging and yet rewarding. The lenders are too slow responding and buyers are sometimes unrealistic in their approach. But all markets eventually swing the other way, the laws of supply and demand. This is a simple answer to a complicated question.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I could write a book and maybe I will! I had the experience of one of my clients selling their home and buying from the person who purchased their home. Like a swap! I have never found anyone else who has done this, if you have contact me I'd like to hear your experience.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I answer my phone, and I listen well. I am not perfect but I am persistent. I won't just tell you what you want to hear, I am objective and observant.
- Who or what inspires you the most?

- What is the best advice you ever received?
- I presume you are still speaking of Real Estate. Love what you do or change jobs! I did!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in Colorado. We moved here to ski and ski we did! I no longer can do this as the knees are gone but I love all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer and the incredible mountain vistas I enjoy every day. Living in Colorado is like being on vacation every day! (You asked me)
