Rented a house, horrible agent!
We rented a house from Delaina Hogoboom, and as soon as the lease was signed, she dropped off the map. She never returns phone calls, unless you call the owner of the house. Made many promises but never came through. I am VERY VERY afraid that we will not get out deposit back even though we spent allot of money to clean the house, including steam cleaning the carpets. Also, so far, CMA properties as a company has been even worse to deal with. They will not help you get anything resolved. All, and all, me and my mates would NOT RECOMMEND her or CMA properties AT ALL!

As Donny said very unhelpful, always avoids calls, never calls you back. Hardly did anything she said she would do. The only reason she ever called us back was when she needed something. WHO DOENS'Y HAVE A SET OF KEYS TO A HOUSE THEY ARE RENTING OUT, REALLY!?!?!?! I MEAN SERIOUSLY!!! DO NOT USE CMA PROPERTIES!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE CMA PROPERTIES!!!! If I could I wouldn't put any stars, one star is to many.
