Laina doesn't follow thru on anything!
Listed my home w/Laina over 2 months ago. She had a Dinged up/bent sign put in my front yard, the box had no cover on it so each and every one of the fliers got wet and she never replaced them. Told her I didn't want non-preapproved buyers looking at my property and she continued to send them. When I signed w/her she gave me a nice notebook stating all the things she was going to do for me...do date she has not even invited other agents in to see my home. Usually this is done within the first 2 weeks. I'd advise against using this woman she is either inept or very new to the business.

Listing agent for our relo - never sold it. We got bought out by the co. A prospective buyer that bid an offensively low offer three months prior, knew to place a bid exactly one day after we sold. During our negotiations with him Laina showed poor negotiating skills as well as several miscommunications. Had to micro-manage her on basic fundamentals: pictures, flyers, soliciting offers from prospective buyers who showed high level of ineterst,etc. She failed to disclose to a second prospective buyer that there was an offer going in from the first prospective buyer. They lost their dream home and the company lost an opportunity to entertain both offers - unfair practice. She then lied several times about the reasons for doing so. I should have known not to use her when only 2 realtors showed up for the tour of our home - 2 new realtors. She explained it was because she wasn't liked by her own colleagues. She's not all bad however. She did represent the buyer very well!!!:)
