Do not make the same mistake I did of hiring this guy to do your home appraisal. He provided an undervalued appraisal that was completely misaligned with our county assessor’s value. He drastically cut its value based off his own personal preferences, and gave entirely too much weight to his ridiculous groupings of “comparable” homes-sales from around our neighborhood- NONE of which were from an identical model, NONE of which were close in square footage, upgrades or quality. He single-handedly botched our opportunity to refinance.
