We contracted Joe to help us sell our home and buy a new home. In both situations he was on the side of the other realtors, trying to make points, I guess, while trying to get started as an agent. This meant we got scr**ed in both transactions. I found out that the realtor (who was buying our house) was buying it for more than we were selling it for. A week before closing I asked Joe if that meant we would have to pay more in commissions. He told me "no." At closing I found out I did have to pay more. Joe's response, "It's always something." What a jerk. My hands were tied, since closing was tied into buying our new home. Every bit of advise and reassurance and B.S. (which he is good at) to get us to buy the new home was again, to make the sellers agent happy. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. He comes off as a nice guy, but he does not care about helping you. Only helping himself.
