Brian Thomas and his team saved us from foreclosure! Our family was in a very scary situation and the market was going downhill fast. Brian was able to get our home sold quickly and negotiate with the bank to take less than what we owed so that we could move on with our lives. The hardest part was the first phone call, but Brian understood our situation, explained all of our options and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Professionalism and Kindness
My husband and I were first time home buyers and were referred to Brian Thomas by a friend. Brian made the whole process very easy for us and was readily available to answer any an all questions we had. We told him what criteria we were looking for and what we definitely did not want; and in no time, he had several options for us to look though on paper. We were able to eliminate the places that weren't right for us with out leaving our apartment. It was perfect that we weren't driving all over the Metro area looking at places we knew wouldn't work for us. There was no pressure from Brian. He became more of a friend that was along for the ride as we visited places we had picked out. In no way was Brian a pushy real estate agent dragging us to places that were out of our price range. Even After Closing
Even after closing, Brian checked in with us every week or so for awhile to make sure everything was going well, and even dropped in to visit about a month after we had settled in. His attention to detail and commitment to his customers above all else are what make Brian stand out among the many Realtors in the business. We always recommend Brian to friends, family, and even strangers on the street when they are looking for a Realtor, and we will definitely use him again for all our future real estate needs.
