I was surprised there weren't several reviews because you can't hide someone that good at what he does. When referred, we checked him out at the state website and discovered he also is licensed to do loans. So the results we got were amazingly good considering our home hadn't sold for over a year, we were about to lose it, and our credit was poor. We ended up selling our house in about 4 months in a terrible market and were able to buy down a couple notches by getting a bank-owned house for dirt cheap. We sort of feel like we were rescued and really appreciate the professonalism and knowlege he has of the real estate, the loan, and the credit situations. So we're throwing a life preserver out to whoever might read this, it's not worth taking a chance otherwise!
