- My client was really interested in purchase a particular home from a local builder. However, in doing that, she was limiting her ability to negotiate. I convinced her to check other builders to strengthen her position. She did, and she found another builder she liked better. And because she knew the market, we were able to get this home for her at $35,000 under asking price!
