I rented property from Rick and Sally Brent. I paid a yard maintainance fee each month yet the yard would go for many weeks without mowing. On several occ****ions the gr**** was 24 inches tall in the back yard, I have photographs. No maintainance or repairs were ever made with extreme pressure being put on the Brents. The sewer discharge piping on both units of the duplex I occupied were broken and sewage leaked into the basements of both units for several weeks before any action was taken. I had to call the city attorney and file a public neusance complaint. It took the Brents 89 days to complete the repairs. While I was in the hospital recovering from an accident Rick Brent entered my residence and stole more than $20,000.00 in property from me, including 8 guns. He initally denied taking the property. His sister Cleo Hansen was caught with items of mine and Brent filed several blatantly false police reports in an attempt to explain how she and others gained possession.
