What is the average home price in your market?: $255,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: There are several reasons why I enjoy being an agent but the number one reason is that I can help someone find their dream home and make it reality. I am meeting so many people and I love keep in contact with everyone. There are a lot to learn from widening your horizons.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: I believe in "doing the right thing" and do sometimes come upon other people in the industry that are willing to work without integrity. Over promise and under deliver will look good in the beginning but not end well.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I have a lot of success stories but the best moments are always the ones when a buyer can get the house that they really want or the seller get that contract that made all the difference in the world!
What is your best characteristic?: Working by the Keller Williams belief system and being persistent.
Who or what inspires you the most?: People that are succesfull inspire me. Most of them have failed a couple of times but kept going.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Treat people like you would like to be treated.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Since I used to live in South Africa and am living in the USA now I think this is where I will stay but would love to travel and see the world.
