- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- I think the most difficult thing we face is getting people to understand the more broad view of the market because many of the National Trends and even local news tends to be very one-sided coverage.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was recently able to close a purchase for a young single-parent mother with 3 children where the total house payment including tax & insurance was $300 less than she was paying for rent. Even though she had some bad past credit & only 1 credit line we were able to get her financed at a competitive rate because she had been working very hard to be responsible & had the same job for over 4 years.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I'm happily married - Brent
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I think from a standpoint of courage & desire I respect a new football quarterback, Tim Tebow, because of the effort he maintains even as he learns the position while playing at the highest level. It seems everyone has an opinion about the guy, some very negative due to his unorthodox style...and he still is able to believe in himself & the team, achieving incredible things.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Brent - Best advice received? That would be from my mother, now 94 - help enough other people get what they want & you will receive what you need.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Morrison, CO - because I Can live anywhere I want to. There are lots of places I love to visit however!
