Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy working with people and making new friends.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Keeping up with the technology of software and learning the current marketing techniques.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Working with my mother was probably the biggest challenge i've had to encounter so far, wheeee was she ever a tuff client. She was so picky, & would not take my advice, but we worked through it & sold her home & finally found her another one after seeing everything on the market.
What is your best characteristic?: Probably having patience with buyers & sellers, & learning to bite my tongue most of the time. I like to speak my mind.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Just keeping a good positive mental attitude, regardless of the economic situtation we are in .
What is the best advice you ever received?: Listen, Listen, Listen. A woman once told me that I didn't listen.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Good ol Californi---a Southern Ca is nice in the winter and not bad in the summer, just gotta worry about it falling into the ocean.
