Diana went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. She listened to what was important in our new home and showed us several that met every requirement...none of them were her listings. She even found us a temp rental while we waited to close on our new home. She is an amazing! You will not find a better agent.

David is competent and gets the job done. Most brokers just talk the talk, he went way above and beyond. A good job-

Wow, words can't even describe my experience. Nelia tried to list my home for sale but wanted to charge me upfront for her marketing. She asked me to write her a check for $500.00 and when I told her I wouldn't she got very upset and down right nasty. Where I come from that's part of a realtors expense that they incur. After all, they get their pot of gold when the home is sold! She is very pushy, dishonest, and will lead you down a path you don't want to go down. Don't question her because she will just get p***** off! She thinks she knows everything but really does not have the experience it takes to get the job done. Nelia is all about the money and she will do whatever it takes to sell you a home (or should I say bag of goods!) Stay far away!!! This one is really BAD!

I met Mr. Miscio for the first time in his office. Which had a at home feel putting my nerves at ease. His office building was unlike the dull commercial offices that we frequent all to often. A nice friendly receptionist and then a true gentlemen (Mr. Miscio) makes your experience one to remember. I was meeting Mr. Miscio for a Critical Life Skills cl****. And there is truely no better man or company to learn Life Skills from in the town of Fort Collins. Mr. Miscio is a cl**** act, showing condition of the heart, and a true understanding of not only the market and the business but people. Preaching that money is NOT the answer and that your job is to help and alleviate stress and pressure from the hectic Real Estate Business. I would recomend this man and his comapny to anyone buying, selling, or just looking for an insightful conversation. He is truley a man who diserves recognition and praise. To Andrew Miscio a friend, a leader, a great role model, and above all a cl**** act.

This lady has work done on houses and does not pay her contractors. She still owes us over 4000.00 dollars from work that was done in Aug 07.

Kurt presented himself as a decent landlord, however he was caught going through my house while I was gone. I found that he was well acustomed to entering my home without notice while no one was there often. He is also not very diligent at repairing or installing items that he promises..the springkler system was never installed but the hoses sat in the backyard in there pakaging all winter long and froze. Needless to say if you rent from him make sure you understand your rights as a renter and that he understands that you know your rights.
