What is the average home price in your market?: $275,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I like helping buyers fulfill their dreams of homeownership and I like finding ways to help sellers move forward. I like finding solutions.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: It breaks my heart whenever I hear about families in distress. Some families have to move because of a job transfer and while our market is stronger than most, we still have lost ground. Home values have slipped, so selling can be a real challenge.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: There have been a few times when my buyer of mine has lost a bid on a house. Hopes are dashed. But it never fails that the house they do, ultimately, win is always better than the one they lost!
What is your best characteristic?: Patience.
Who or what inspires you the most?: The Rocky Mountains!
What is the best advice you ever received?: Feel the pain/discomfort and do it anyway.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Right here in Fort Collins, Clorado!
