- The largest challenge we face today as a Real Estate Professional is helping Banks and Sellers who have gotten themselves into a situation of owing more on their house than what the house is worth. Being upside down like this creates a large problem when the Sellers have to sell their home.

- A client came to me in a panic and had to find a house (another deal had fallen through days before move in date), get a loan, and close on the house in 3 days. I told them we would make it happen and we did. I managed the details necessary for us to successfully get to the closing. And they moved into their dream home 3 days later!

- I know how to listen to customer's needs and successfully work to meet those specific needs.
