I hired an associate agent to Bob McCarroll after suffering a beating by my husband savage enough to require reconstructive surgery. I am disabled but only 49 and very capable. I filed for divorce & placed my home on the market. Within a week of signing the contract the AR Ms Karen Cage began sending email to my husband and his attorney seeking to have me evicted from my home. Her reasoning was that I surely couldn't keep a clean house or make my home available. She also claimed that despite my exchanging dozens of emails agreeing to view rental property that I wasn't trying to rent a house so I should be evicted. Even though I have hired staff to clean every other day and staged and sold a home last year myself for asking price she felt I was incapable due to my disability, I never discussed with her. After asking her managing broker Bob to vacate her contract he refused, sending me a bill for $8400 for work Ms Cage never did including staging. Bob condones this behavior.
