Jeanette served as my buyer's agent. She knew that I had a very limited budget to work with, and she only referred me to properties within that budget. She worked with me on both of my trips to Durango this year, taking me to see various properties. She found a property in Durango West I and worked diligently to make the purchase a reality. She encountered many problems along the way and solved each one. She was unflappable! Although this sale was, I am positive, one of the smallest sales in her career, she treated it as though it was a multi-million-dollar event! I plan to refer Jeanette as the most diligent, hardworking, honest realtor I know!

Don't do it, do not use Russ Smith. He misrepresented the property (it was new construction and promised items were never completed). He misrepresented that the seller had paid a $7000 water tap fee that he pawned off on us at closing. After speaking to many other locals (I was new to the area, so I didn't know!), I have not met anyone with positive words for this agent. Please use somebody - anybody else!
