sandi hopkins buy a previous house with Russell J Smith and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Don't do it, do not use Russ Smith. He misrepresented the property (it was new construction and promised items were never completed). He misrepresented that the seller had paid a $7000 water tap fee that he pawned off on us at closing. After speaking to many other locals (I was new to the area, so I didn't know!), I have not met anyone with positive words for this agent. Please use somebody - anybody else!
