As a personal victim of his, and one of many who will attest that he should no way be free on the street. Because kharma WILL come back to him one day, severely! Whoever posted this "Crazy Woman" is wrong - you CAN practice real estate in CO as Bryan Quinlan does so - he has conned many, many women. He is a professional con-artist and has a record in many states. Do YOUR research and the court records speak for themselves. Unfortunately, per DORA - Department of Regulatory Agencies - in CO - Mr. Quinlan was able to escape the system yet again - ALL his criminal past was brought to their attention but it fell in the "gray category" thus he is able to continue to break the law. The is a PERMANENT RESTRAINING ORDER GRANTED BY THE STATE OF COLORADO AGAINST BRYAN QUINLAN - the court does not just "do that" for no reason. Gretchen was and is the Managing Broker for Karl Lueders, who works for Kentwood Cherry Creek. When we had several issues about Karl as our Buyers Agent, we called her and she came out to the home to speak with us. After we had what we believed to be a honest and productive conversation Gretchen decided to hide behind Peter Niederman (owner of Kentwood Company) and a lawsuit to try to silence us rather than to work something out. She pretty much lied to our faces when she assured us our concerns were heard and that one way or another Kentwood would help us. They never did, instead they filed a lawsuit and tried to intimidate us. Fortunately the EFF and a First Amendment Attorney took the case and Kentwood eventually dropped the SLAPP lawsuit. The fact is, instead of helping a client of her firm, who had a valid complaint, Gretchen Faber chose to deceive, threaten and ignore, by way of Peter Niedermans lawsuit. Knowing that there are so many good Realtors out there, why take a chance on someone who has shown, through her actions, that the client does not matter.
