These people have destroyed my credit illegally !!
I co signed on a rental space with my ex in 2008. He and I ended up splitting because he turned out to be a very bad person. Our landlord Holly, (an agent of Steve's) had spoken with me many many times about Brian and I's situation. We have a 7 month old daughter at the time and I was now a single parent and just trying to get back on my feet. Brian was no longer able to make the rent payments and I tried to help but simply couldn't afford it. I went in to Holly's office and met with her and she said she spoke with Brian's father and that she was willing to work with me due to the situation and wrote up an addendum to the lease transferring all financial responsibility to Brian and the new cosigner, his father, which I signed that day in her office. Two years go by and I have not received a letter or a call demanding payments or notification of any sort. And then I pulled my credit report. I about had a heart attack when I saw a delinquent account for $18,000.00 with no info other then the name STEVE GALLAGHER and co signer with Brian *****. Our rent was $900.00 a month, she kept the security deposit so WTF is the $18,000.00 from? I left her office the day I was told I was no longer on the lease with her wishing me the best of luck and feeling like wow I guess there are understanding people in this world, only to have my credit destroyed unknowingly by a woman with absolutely ZERO morals. Do not be fooled by this company. Scandal and deceit is all u will get.

I rented an apartment from owner Steve Gallagher, of Denver Colorado, through his agent Holly. After I moved out, she kept my deposit of $600.00 [against the law to do this] and then two months after sent me repair bills which were not mine. She had started repairs whle I was there and never finishd. AferI moved and left th condo as was when I rented. She kept my deposit. On top of that she billed me another $600 on top for repairs that were not my fault. Then she put it on my credit report in spite, because she is so evil and underhanded in efforts to destroy credit rating. Do not have any dealings with his agent Holly. She is crooked. What is worse is that Mr. Gallagher who is the owner does not even know that she is running his business this way. This is how he buys up properties in Colorado, his agent keeps your deposit money and then bills you for maintenance that they should be doing. That area was also drug infested, so stay away.
