jk buy a previous house with Ray E Hiatt and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Thought our experience with Real and Ray especially, He is a mysterious and elusive character. Very unresponsive to tenants needs and very rude to talk with. I can easily concur with the other earlier review.

DO NOT rent from or use Realm Realty as your property manager. We've had nothing but trouble! They are rude, unresponsive and they keep really poo records. Ray is extremely illusive and mysteriously unavailable most of the time. They lie and could care less about their tenants once they move in. Beware and stay away from this company!
