VHM buy a previous house with Greg M Morris and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
It's been a while but I rented an apartment on 16th and Gilpin back in 2007-2008. I paid a deposit but then had to move out early because my roommate invited a friend of hers that I didn't know to crash on our couch and didn't ask for rent. That's another long story but before I moved out I made sure that it was okay with Greg that I get my deposit back. He said it would be fine and that he would collect another deposit from the new roommate. Well 2.5 years later, I am still out $450. I called and called and e-mailed over a dozen times and still nothing. I gave up a while ago but then found these reviews a felt I should add my two cents. DO NOT RENT FOR THIS GUY!!!

For what we can gather from our 4 months of renting from Greg, he may not actually exist. We have moved out after 4 months of: sewage back-ups almost monthly, sewage left in our back-yard after having it "fixed", a hole in our kitchen ceiling that has grown so big that the ceiling is caving in, pigeons living inside our roof, a broken washer/dryer for the entire time we lived there, and a millipede infestation that even our bug bomb (which we paid for ourselves) did not fix. We were asked to pay $1100/mo for a two-bedroom in this condition! BEWARE! The unit looked adorable when we first moved in besides a couple "minor" repairs that we were told would be fixed before we moved in, but it was a renter's nightmare. Now we've moved out and we're trying to return the keys; neither of the addresses we have listed on our lease (including the one we've been sending rent to) exist!

I rented at 1607 Gilpin st. Denver, CO. 80218 (Aug. 2008- Mar. 2009). I had several problems with no heat well into January! He does not return phone calls. He was not there in person to sign the lease, instead there was a man named Scott whom claimed to represent him. The place was very dusty and run down when I moved in but I was promised it would be cleaned before I moved in. It never was. When I met my neighbor she said she was just happy to have new neighbor who didn't leave trash piled up outside the door! I was told to contact Steve, the maintenance man, who lived below me for any problems but he quickly referred me back to Greg whom I never spoke with. It is now May 2009 and I am still having problems getting my deposit back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Rachel buy a previous house with Greg M Morris and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Greg is in way over his head. He was not able to do basic maintenance on a property he rented to me leaving the home not safe to live in. After 3 months I called the health department who issued a notice to vacate. Greg is the most ineffective and unresponsive slum lord in Denver. Greg is not trustworthy and has not demonstrated the ethics required to be a real estate agent.
