A terrific experience
My wife and I had a very specific time frame and location for purchase- Diana (and Michael) were great with preliminary communication, took time to show us all the homes that fit our criteria, and facilitated each step of our bid, contract, and purchase. We picked the Kearns based on a recommendation from a friend, and after working with them we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Denver home
Sold and bought!
Our house had been on the market for 6 months with no movement (except the listing price going down). When we hired the Kearns team we felt that they pulled out all the stops to get it sold - open houses, flyers, postcards, etc- and they did!! When we bought a house it took us about 4 months to find the one. Through a late pregnancy, pricing questions, a poor mortgage broker and a broken contract, Diana stuck with us, never getting exasperated, always up for looking at yet another house!
Persistence and Patience Paid Off
We used the Kearns Team to sell our old house and buy a new construction home during a rough market. They were great and we were able to sell our home 3 days before the contingency on our new home was done. The Kearns team did a great job marketing the house and helping us get the house show ready. Always positive, they made us feel like we were on the right track and we're so elated to be where we are today. They will get the job done and we would highly recommend them.

When my wife and I found out we were moving to Denver, Diana and Michael jumped at the opportunity to help us find our first home. Communication was immediate, whether via email, phone, or text message. They were able to coordinate 13 home viewings for us on a Saturaday...we picked the one we wanted on Sunday! We will continue to refer or friends and family as they look to buy or sell in the Denver/Stapleton area!

Fantastic Experience
Diana was incredible with her knowledge of Stapleton, available homes and the various builders. Her help and guidance made the purchase here and our move from Florida so easy. While back in Florida, Diana kept us informed as the sale progressed and even took care of a few things we requested her help with. In Florida we had used the same agent to buy and sell 5 homes and feel very lucky to have found Diana on our first time here in Stapleton. We will use Diana again when we are ready to sell and buy again.
