Michael is a real pro in residential real estate. He knows just about everything and everyone in the neighborhoods that I have purchased homes in. We have used Michael for our primary residence as well as several investment properties and he does a very thorough and professional job managing the transaction to closing.

Michael was extremely helpful in helping us purchase our new home. He was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at and has a great working relationship with many of the new home builders. He was speedy in responding to our needs and concerns and was with us for every step of the process. He has a great eye for detail and was able to help us find areas that needed fixing/touching up that we may have missed without him.
