Chelsea Foose buy a previous house with Patrick J Harris and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Patrick Harris was the listing agent on a property that I recently purchased. Not only did he breach our contract on two occasions it took him ridiculous amounts of time to respond when my real estate agent or I tried to contact him, if he even responded at all. I am currently forced to hire a lawyer to force him to correct the breaches in our contract. He really made my house buying experience a nightmare!
