- Seeing how happy people are when they close on their house. It really thrills me to know I helped them to get there.

- There is nothing wrong in admitting you don't know something. You can and should always be willing to learn new things.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I really don't know but it would have to have lots of lakes with lots of good fishing, no cold weather and be very green.
