I have made many real estate transactions in the past and have always come away with an uneasy feeling. For the first time, I felt like this realtor truly had my best interests at heart during her representation. In the past, I feel I have over paid for property due to an uninformed or selfish realtor. Miss Augustine has neither of these traits. She strikes me as a person who could have success in any business venture. For my sake I'm glad that business is real estate. She is very well informed on the market trends and all aspects of real estate. She will give honest answers and not just the answers one wants to hear. She is a perfectionist and I gaurantee you will come away from your real transaction feeling relaxed and well educated about the real estate process.
