Although, the spoken word is not held to the standard it use too. We are often warned to not conduct business deals with handshakes. I have the unfortunate experience that I dealt with Darrell and his ****ociate Broker Jillian Whala who both have failed to follow through with there word. If you deal with these individuals I urge you to get everything in writing no matter how small. Trust me their word is not good!
