Silvio J. DeBartolomeis is a piece of shit who lies and cheats for a living. He tries to get kick backs from every deal he does, and he often takes credit for the work and ideas of others. " I wouldn't do business with that guy if he were handing out $1,000 bills" Watch out for this guy.
