Mr. Kirschner was a top member of the infamous Kirschner group that defrauded 375 people out of an average of about $50,000 each--the High Country Club debacle. Use an internet search to find out the facts, and don't be surprised when you see the huge salaries they paid themselves. They are worse than I could describe in a few lines. I'm surprised these people have the nerve to stay in the real estate business. Bernie Madow, you have competition!

Do NOT do business with this agent or either of his brothers. Completely crooked and shady. Ran his former company, High Country Club into the ground while paying himself a HUGE salary and stashing the rest of the money away somewhere.

There is one thing incredible about this agent, and that's his dishonesty. I put quite a bit of money into one of Mr. Kirschner's ventures and I lost every penny. Several hundred other people did, too, and they lost everything too. He apparently paid himself a very large salary as he was running through our money. There are plenty of honest agents and businessmen out there, but he is neither. Comment by an employee of Mr. Kirschner's: "I know for a fact that CK tried to get out of taking an Ethics class that was needed for his real estate license by asking someone in the office to take it for him online!! Funny part is that he didn't think it was an odd request!"
