I just wanted to give a good review here. It sounds like the person who wrote the previous post had a bad experience. This is not typical. I have rented several apartments from them. The buildings were well kept, the grounds were clean, and I felt safe. When my apartment needed painting, I called them, and they scheduled a painter for the next day. The lady at their office was friendly and helpful. The rent was average, or better for the apartments I lived in. Last year, they gave me a really sweet deal on a studio. Throughout the 5 years that I have rented from them, I have made several friends in the buildings that I lived in. No major problems with any of them either. I understand that not everyone can be happy. There will always be a few people out of a thousand who will never be happy. This is one boys experience. Peace out. Brian Norman

STAY AWAY!!! This company takes full advantage of the Colorado state law for tenant laws. NO PROTECTION FOR RENTERS! They will charge you for everything they can. They will give you NOTHING. They are extremely, extremely rude to you once you have signed a lease and will allow for nothing. They only manage sites for the owners and their is no, not one bit of recourse you can rely on except the only law that we have as tenants, " property must be safe and habitable", that's it. They will "surcharge" you for everything and over charge you for the rent - $20 to $30 per square foot over other apartments with far more "amenities" which they consider vacuuming the hallways an amenity. Please do your home work on what they have to offer compared to other locations and if for some reason you do rent from them be prepared for the worst contract of your life or just role over and let them take your money. One more - they will evict you for sneezing the wrong way too. Good Luck!
