"This was the second opportunity I was able to call for Patty's real estate services. I was very pleased with her involvement in selling my late mother's home, and this time was to sell my home. I was located out of state in the selling of my home which added a little more burden upon Patty. However she was always accessible via e-mail or by phone. She and her staff worked well with the title company located here in Oregon and as always performed an excellent job. I highly respect Patty and would recommend her highly to my friends. Thanks Patty! You performed another outstanding job!

"If you're looking to buy or sell a place in Colorado Springs, Patty is your lady! She not only works for you, she works WITH you and is readily available in person, by phone, or by email whenever you need her! We purchased our first home with her, and when it came time to sell it, we went back to her. We had several offers and sold our house within two months of putting it on the market in the worst economy in a long time! She knows how to market your home to maximize sales potential, and because she knows the market so well and has lived in Colorado Springs forever, she is a wealth of information about homes already on the market if you're looking to buy. We honestly can't say enough about Patty Strauch. She truly is the best. Patty is down to earth and businesslike all at the same time. She is definitely friendly, but don't let that fool you. She can play hardball with the best of them! We love her!"
Response: "Working with clients like you just makes my career a delight! Glad to have been a part of your transitions along the years."

"I knew I was in good hands with Patty as my father and stepmother were previous clients of hers. I was facing a difficult situation in selling my grandmother's house of 50 years with hardly any knowledge or understanding of the whole process. Patty expedited that process with a thorough, attentive, and experienced ability that put my mind at ease during a hard selling season. I appreciate her hard work and the personal care she takes in all she does, and I absolutely recommend her services for any and all!"
Response: "Selling your Grandmother's home was an emotionally hard time for you, so I was happy that I could eliminate some of the stress you felt....we got 'er done!"

"I recently got married, and in a time when the economy is as bad as I have ever seen it. I had very little hope of selling my home for a fair price. Patty not only worked crazy hours to accomodate my schedule, she was always positive and realistic. Not only did I get a fair price, I got a true friend."
Response: "One never knows what circumstances life will bring. Falling in love with Tim was a wonderful time in your life & I was happy to be able to help you sell your "single woman" house so you could move on with your new life. The fact that you made some money was frosting on the cake :-)" This review has been confirmed by the reviewer.

What is the average home price in your market?
150000-225000

Prices are down to about what they were in 2004. It is a Buyer's market here with many properties to choose from at great prices. As a Seller, if you need to sell & can afford to sell @ 2004 prices, there are lots of Buyers. If you do not need to sell now, you can wait until 2010 & I believe we here in the Pikes Peak area will be well into a rebound!

I love being able to work with folks to get their real estate goals met & I like being my own boss :-)

Trying to determine the "right" thing to do at any given time to best serve my clients. But, I'm getting better at it as the years of experience accumulate under my belt.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I closed on a listing I had that was a gamble. The home was in an area plagued with "short sales" & foreclosures. The Seller was thrilled that after owning the home for a few years, we actually sold it in this market AND she profited $4000! We closed on December 31st after about 3 months on the market.
What is your best characteristic?
