The best real estate experience we have ever had. After giving Tony our criteria for our new home he was "on it." We received daily updates to new homes coming on the market and he made his schedule fit ours as we toured the homes we were interested in seeing. He guided us through the entire process providing his expertise and advice all along the way. The paperless document service he uses is awesome. We were able to coordinate and sign documents in minutes. Tony proved he is the best at what he does one day prior to closing. Our closing numbers were not exactly what we expected and we were likely going to leave a significant amount of unused money on the closing table. Tony was able to see numerous options. He coordinated with the seller, and our financial institution and made a contract modification all within hours. Bottom-line..we closed on time with no money left on the table. This was nothing less than awesome. Because we trust Tony, we are now in the process of selling our previous home with him.

I have bought and sold property through Laurie Stahle. She goes above and beyond for her client. Her knowledge of the entire real estate process is incredible.

Don't waste your time with this realtor. He gave us the run around for three weeks. We made an offer on a short sale that we fell in love with. He kept telling us that the sellers couldn't be reached, or the sellers had some personal things to deal with so they couldn't review our offer, etc. Finally we ended up retracting our offer because we were on a tight deadline to move out of our house and find a new one. Ask any realtor in the Colorado Springs area and they'll all tell you the same thing-- he's a joke.

Having originally located Tony on this very website, since he was ranked as an incredible agent, and since he was an agent listed as authorized to perform a specific kind of transaction that we were interested in, we took a chance. We were hesitant to use the services of someone that we didn't know. Tony was not someone that came recommended to us by friends, either. We could not have been happier with our decision! Tony is extremely professional and yet not afraid to let his guard down (just a little :) Throughout our home search, Tony always responded timely. His advice was not only appreciated-- it was coveted. He was alert, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even after our home purchase, when we had a leak in the ceiling, Tony came to our rescue. As a general contractor, his knowledge was very helpful. He took a whole day out of his schedule to stay with the workers at our house while they worked on the problem. In the end, it cost us nothing! Truly awesome!

Everything the other people wrote was true. Dont trust this guy or his staff at all. They will not fix anything unless you call or harass them 10 times. I have been scammed at other rentals but this one takes the cake for B S.

Clemente real estate is a joke!! They are the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. The staff is rude, and John is on a high horse, and needs to be taken down from that horse.. He is as rude as the women that run his office for him. We moved out of a house rented through his company, and got charged for maintenance work that was never even preformed on the house!! When we were living in that house, we made numerous attempts to have stuff fixed, and only got the run around about it. Blaming their problems on the owners of the house!! John Clemente is a TOXIC person!!! BEWARE!! Explore all other companies before settling with him!! Wish someone would have warned me!!

Do NOT rent from Clemente Real Estate Services! Unfortunately we currently rent from Clemente and it has been a nightmare since the lease signing. The staff is very rude and has no respect for a customer's time. We were handed the keys to a house that was nowhere near 'move in' ready. The house was filthy (requiring a cleaning staff to come out for 3 days of cleaning), there were multiple maintenance issues and the carpets had to be cleaned three times. All of this took two weeks into our lease to finally be completed. It took four days before we could even unpack our belongings. Although he offered to refund us two days of rent (hardly reasonable given the above timeline for cleaning and repairs) it took numerous emails and phone calls to finally get a response from them.

Thank you for all (ALL!) your hard work. Throughout this stressful and challenging season you were always a reliable advocate for us. Since we're overseas and virtually powerless, we needed your strength, savvy, and persevering loyalty. You have been a tremendous blessing to us, and we have the utmost gratitude for that!!
