The best real estate experience we have ever had. After giving Tony our criteria for our new home he was "on it." We received daily updates to new homes coming on the market and he made his schedule fit ours as we toured the homes we were interested in seeing. He guided us through the entire process providing his expertise and advice all along the way. The paperless document service he uses is awesome. We were able to coordinate and sign documents in minutes. Tony proved he is the best at what he does one day prior to closing. Our closing numbers were not exactly what we expected and we were likely going to leave a significant amount of unused money on the closing table. Tony was able to see numerous options. He coordinated with the seller, and our financial institution and made a contract modification all within hours. Bottom-line..we closed on time with no money left on the table. This was nothing less than awesome. Because we trust Tony, we are now in the process of selling our previous home with him.

Having originally located Tony on this very website, since he was ranked as an incredible agent, and since he was an agent listed as authorized to perform a specific kind of transaction that we were interested in, we took a chance. We were hesitant to use the services of someone that we didn't know. Tony was not someone that came recommended to us by friends, either. We could not have been happier with our decision! Tony is extremely professional and yet not afraid to let his guard down (just a little :) Throughout our home search, Tony always responded timely. His advice was not only appreciated-- it was coveted. He was alert, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even after our home purchase, when we had a leak in the ceiling, Tony came to our rescue. At the time we came to the Springs to look for a retirement home we were still stationed overseas and, therefore, couldn't spend much time on the ground to look at houses. Tony prepared a most valuable reference list which enabled us to quickly identify a manageable number of prospects. Once we zeroed in on those, Tony was readily available to arrange for viewings and later, after we had made our choice, walked us through the administrative processes, and stayed in constant touch with us after we had returned to Europe. His assistance was invaluable throughout the closure procedure and he stayed available later on to help get a few things done while the house stood vacant. When we finally moved to the Springs last year, Tony contacted us again to see if we needed any assistance and to make sure we were settling in alright. His service, support, and friendship made this transaction, and our transition, an easy and pleasant experience. Tony is truly an incredible real estate agent.

Tony not only helped us buy our home, he helped us re-sell a few years later. He was recommended to us as we were being transferred to the area while I was in the Air Force. He really helped us learn about the area and all it has to offer as well as educated us on the local real estate market. After I retired and relocated out of the area, he sold our home fast and for top dollar!
