- There are many challenges with real estate lately- financing, short sales, appraisals, etc... but, overcoming challenges is what I love!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I recently had a client from California who had little experience with the Colorado Springs area. Before they came out, I took video tours for them of neighborhoods and homes- they loved it! Six months later, their parents decided to make the move from California and they just moved into their new home. We have become very close to this family and many of our clients we now consider good friends.

- Colorado Springs. I grew up here, then moved away for many years and lived in 4 other states... I came back because this is my favorite place in the world!
