- Keeping up to date with new regulations, such as those affecting mortgage disclosures and appraisals, is challenging.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I once had the privilege of helping an elderly homeowner (whose wife had Alzheimer's disease) organize a successful garage sale, Stage his home and sell it in a short period of time. This was extremely satisfying, and I still hear from him from time to time. He moved his wife closer to one of their adult children.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am able to see the potential of a property I list and transform it to highlight its best points.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired by my faith.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- I was told that people on their death beds don't regret things they did, but things left undone.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I can't imagine living anywhere but Colorado. I have lived in AZ and CA, but nothing compares.
