Dawn did an excellent job of listening to what we were looking for in a home and then customized a search for us. She was always taking our feedback and modifying our search to make sure we were only looking at homes that met our needs. We were all set to make an offer on a house, when she talked us into looking at another house that just came on the market. We fell in love with the new house and ended up buying it. Because Dawn did such a good job of listening to our needs, she knew this house would be perfect for us. Dawn was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel like she was truly concerned about finding the perfect house for me and my family.
