Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The homes in Colorado Springs have a higher sales price than most of the surrounding states. Many buyers have 'sticker shock' on their initial look, but the property taxes in Colorado are much lower than those states, so the monthly cost ends up being about the same.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Helping first-time homebuyers, singles, couples, families realize their dream of owning their own home. It's not as scarey as they think!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping buyers realize they need to buy LESS, not more, than they can afford. Helping sellers realize thier home will not sell tomorrow for more that the market will allow.

Every client is unique.

What is your best characteristic?
Patience

Who or what inspires you the most?
My father works very hard, but always with integrity. My children have a 'never give up ' attitude. My family is very inspiring.

What is the best advice you ever received?
I can do anything that I put my mind to.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I have not seen enough of the world to make that decision..yet.
