He will fix nothing in your home, I feel really sorry for the people that own this four-plex, he is seriously running it to the ground. Kevin refuses to pay for some one to come over and fix problems associated with the home. I've lived here going on 4 years and have had people I know come over and repair the garbage disposal, toilet, doors, shower handles, sink handles, I even had to buy a new refrigerator! He tries to get out of paying for stuff that I'm not contracted to pay! He should be taking care of this and he refuses. We have a private parking area which I had 1 car parked legally proper tags and all, he told everone he was having a Van towed I come home to find that my Pontiac Grandam was towed! Kevin admits to his mistake yet will not pay to get my car out of the tow lot! yep A 565.00 mistake he made and do you think he was man enought to own up to it and pay me back? LOL!!!! Sure didn't, need proof? I'll send it to you. I wouldnt even use as a agent to buy! STAY FAR AWAY!

This agent just recently made a purchase at our furniture close-out sale and bounced the check. Our bank deposited twice and there was insufficient funds. I called her and "kindly" she said she would pay me at the end of the month when she got paid. She did not pay and never called back. My 2nd attempt also failed. Don 't trust her.
