TD buy a previous house with Daniel S Sullivan and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I am working along side another Realtor to purchase a home. Dan has been horrible at returning messages left regarding issues with the home we are purchasing. He indicates that he returns calls or emails within 48 hours, however, we have waited up to two weeks for answers. Unprofessional and lack of concern for the buyer.
