- I enjoy seeing "the look" on someone's face when they find that special home for which they've been searching. I have a knack for putting people at ease and helping them feel comfortable about the buying process.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Finding clients with whom to work.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I sold a house in the Pheasant Run subdivision in 2009. We priced it a little higher than most of the sales in the neighborhood during the previous 6 months, but we had a contract within two weeks. The challenge was to provide enough compelling information for the appraiser to see the upward trend from sales a year before ours to that time. I was successful, the appraisal came in at purchase price and we closed without problem.
