Comments: "We have done appraisal work for JULIE LINKUS and her UNITY ****ET MANAGEMENT Co. They have owed us over $1,200 for well over a year now. Check out Appraiser Talk forum and see some of the others UAM has scammed. Numerous appraisers across the country are now trying to collect from UAM. This is a dishonest operation and they don't pay.
