2002
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
Almost seven years
What is the average home price in your market?
About $300,000. But there is a very wide range of prices in this area.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Sales prices are holding steady, with slight uptick in some areas. However the number of sales are down.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people and new businesses.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Right now, money and credit are tight. So clients who are in a challenging position are being squeezed.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I do a lot of work in the area of Equity Exchanges. In these transactions, the focus is on matching clients desired benefits with benefits offered by other owners, and bringing them together for a true win-win.
What is your best characteristic?
I learn quickly, so I am fast to pick up new technology, new methods of doing business.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My father is my inspiration. He worked hard, didn't complain, and always had a new joke ready.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
-Calvin Coolidge
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I had to leave Boulder, I would probably move to Summit County, Colorado.
