I had such an easy time buying a condo with Chad. The whole home buying process seemed much more difficult, but with Chad it was a cake walk. He has exceptional knowledge of the greater Boulder area real estate market, all the different neighborhoods, the condition of homes, and home maintenace. His suggestions really helped me find an area I wanted to purchase a condo in and also helped me realize where I didn't want to live. I am very excited with my purchase and cannot wait to move in! Chad quickly sold my house, which had been on the market for a year before he got the listing. Chad gave me sound advice on changes that would help the sale, and he had the contacts necessary to get the job done easily and inexpensively. He called me each week with an update of how the showings had gone and the feedback he had received. I don't live in the area, and being a remote seller could have made things difficult, but Chad stepped in and made it simple. I can't say enough good words about Chad's professionalism, experience, and hard work. My only regret is that I didn't find him a year earlier!

We recently relocated to Boulder, CO. We were referred to Steve Carter with RE/MAX of Boulder by our agent who sold our house. We were extremely happy with Steve. He listened to what we were looking for and when we visited, he had 9 houses for us to look at. We had 2 top picks by the time we left town. When returned again, he had 2 more houses that met our needs spot on. He was very knowledgeable about different areas and he knew about all the schools. He also knows a lot about how a home is built and this made us feel more comfortable. One house had some damage that we would have never seen and saved us time and money by suggesting we move on to the other houses. We chose a house and made a low offer. Steve was very good with giving us ideas on what items to negotiate on and kept us informed during the process. It took about a week but we finally got the house a great price. Steve was also very helpful during the inspection process and helped us get some money from the seller to upgrade the heater. We are now moved in and are very happy with the house, neighborhood and school! We have already recommended him to a neighbor.

Within one week of listing my mountain home, Leslie sold it for almost asking price. This was in an economic down-turn with winter approaching. Leslie really saw the beauty of the house and took gorgeous photos for marketing. Leslie went out of her way to arrange for agents to see the house, which in turn brought in the buyers. We even had a back-up offer! I recommend Leslie to everyone I know.

This review will not let me indicate easily that Leslie worked with me to sell two properties, and purchase a new home. All during this supposedly bad time in the housing market. She listens well, and has a great knack for reading people, knowing what needs to be done, and where you can (or should) stop. She is generous with time, resources, and knowledge, and I will work with her again in a heartbeat.

When we approached Erik with our home desire and budget we did not expect to find much in the Boulder area. However, Erik spent much time with us and he discussed things with us that might not be important now but will be in the future. In the end, we sacrificed some aesthetic requirements and found a home in the perfect location with all our activities nearby!
